Water Aerobics and Evolution.

Let's just say, I'm never making fun of all those old ladies at the public pools. I'm currently taking two course during Jan-term. Evolutionary Biology and Water Aerobics.

I have never had a good teacher in the subject of science, so it is nice to have a refreshing look into science. It is a very interesting class discussing evolution in all it's forms and theories. Currently, we are discovering different religious ideas with evolution. There is this girl in my small discussion group that reads the bible very literal. I never actually met or argued with someone that is that literal with the bible. She doesn't believe there should be women pastors and she also believes that the Earth is 6,000 years old. It turns out she dropped the class yesterday. It is unfortunate that she wouldn't be able to back up her faith even more by learning all the details about evolution. It seems like quite a few Christians are ignorant to the world around them by not even take the step to understand why people believe what they believe, instead, they just drop the class.

Water Aerobics is intense. Sums it up in one word. I feel rather ridiculous running around in shallow water doing all these different exercises that look really foolish. My back is sore, my calves burn, my pecs hurt, but it feels great! This will be the most intense three weeks with science and working out in the water everyday. So I decided to set a goal and head to bed by 11pm each school night. Actually, I have gone to bed at 10pm already this week. Water Aerobics wears you out!

So please don't judge people that are evolutionists or water aerobic extraordinaires unless you have already dived into the depths of each.
